Please put STATE in subject line

From: Frank Bilisoly (maggies.family@verizon.net) | Date: 2002-11-09 08:24:14 UTC-05:00
We are new to this newsgroup and, while we are very happy to learn of new boxes in our area, it takes a lot of time to sort through the postings for boxes in far away states.  After awhile, it becomes a blur and easier to just delete them all.

Outlook has limited rule making capability but it can find a state's abbreviation in the subject line and move it to a folder.  It would help greatly if everyone in this group would list the State to which the message applies in the subject line if applicable.

Thanks.

I find STATE in the subject line really, really helpful. I generally
only read those posts that have VA, DC or MD in the subject.
Otherwise I've learned to recognize some of the common posters from
the area and read those. I know I must be missing a lot.

Unless of course it's a really general subject like how to make
stamps.
